• All donations made to Saswat Foundation are voluntary and non-refundable.

• Once a donation is made, it is used to support our charitable programs and activities and cannot be returned.

• Please ensure you review your donation details carefully before submitting.

Event Fees and Payments

• If you register and pay for an event or program organized by Saswat Foundation, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

• To request a refund for event fees, please contact us at least  7 days before the event date.

• Refund requests made after this period may not be accepted.

• In case of any refund is processed within 3-5 days and it will be credited within 5-7 business days

Payment Issues

• If you experience any technical problems or errors during payment, please contact us immediately at donate@saswatfoundation.org so we can assist you.

• In case of duplicate payments or overcharges due to system errors, we will review and refund the excess amount promptly.

Third-Party Payment Gateways

• Payments and donations are processed securely through third-party payment gateways.

• Saswat Foundation is not responsible for any delays or failures caused by these external payment processors.
